GNOME3 + KDE CONNECT

KDE Connect is a tool that allows for pairing of an Android device to your computer. This pairing allows for echange of notifications, locating device, using touchscreen as an input device (poor man's Wacom), and transfer of files.

INSTALLING KDE-CONNECT

  • Fedora

    sudo dnf install kde-connect
    
  • EL7

    sudo yum install kde-connect
    
  • OpenSUSE Leap 42.2 & 42.3

    sudo zypper in kdeconnect-kde
    
  • SUSE One-Click Install

INSTALL MCONNECT GNOME-SHELL EXTENSION

INSTALL KDE-CONNECT ON ANDROID DEVICE(S)

  • Goto Google Play store and install KDE-Connect here
